Maureen Hennelly has lived in Rogers for the last twelve years. During that time she spent seven years as a nurse at the Rogers Pediatric Clinic and she saw all 3 of her children graduate from the U of A. She has been interested in both arts and crafts for her entire life. In the past she has painted, done needlework and made stained glass but her primary artistic interest since moving to Rogers has become pottery - both hand built and wheel thrown. Different aspects of nature and her favorite sources of inspiration and her pottery are filled with the impressions of plants, flowers and leaves. Maureen calls her pottery line "Dragonfly Designs: Pottery Inspired by Nature." |
