I was born in New Orleans and raised in the old French Quarter where my father
was one of the original seven artists on Jackson Square. I paid for my education
(degrees in fine arts and history) by working as an art dealer and artist in the family
art gallery on Domain St. My work is a continuation of my father's life work with
my own personal touch. We both studied and demonstrated our perspectives of
the Southern Culture.

My work has been sold next to originals by Sargent, Remington, Russell, and
other art masters and fortunately I am still alive. My awards include several
first places in regional art shows including the best of show in a Walton Art Center
competition. I was the first recipient of the Joy Prick Markham Award (sic). I was
awarded three national endowments of the arts awards. Before I took time off to
raise my son my works were shown in New York, Carmelle, Washington DC, and
New Orleans.

Northwest Arkansas is my home and I am now returning to the profession of fine
arts - may someone have mercy on my soul.
