Dan Bowe - Wood Turning

I have been doing woodwork for 50 years but this project has been the most rewarding.  You can examine a chunk of wood and think that you know what the project will look like when it is finished.  When you begin to turn it on a lathe and work with it very often it changes from what you expected.  These twisted candlesticks let you look inside a piece of wood and see the varied turns of the grain etc.
