Joyce Lenz

Painting scenes of the area is my passion. Although my paintings are recognizable of each locale, I enjoy making each particular area stand out by adding or subtracting aspects, changing the season, emphasizing certain parts to make each painting much more than a photo. I enjoy custom painting homes or landscapes. I have attended many art workshops picking up new techniques and ideas. Recently I took a class of pastels and find that people and portraits are really fun. You can find my art in the Iris at the Basin and Eureka Fine Art at Eureka Springs, AR, Poor Richards Art at Rogers, AR and Shaw Paint and Glass Gallery in Okoboji, Iowa.
